Terms and conditions of sale
1. Scope of application
The present general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded via the internet site www.volxholds.com between Volx Climbing, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés under the number Siret 79386273100023, whose registered office is located at 557 Impasse des Saillants, 69380 Chessy France, and any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Customer’, proceeding to purchase products or services offered on the site.
2. Products and services
The products and services offered for sale are described on the site as accurately as possible. Photographs of products are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
The prices indicated on the site are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated. Volx Climbing reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Delivery costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Client and are specified when the order is validated. Free shipping is offered for orders over €500 for deliveries within mainland France. For deliveries to other European Union countries, free shipping is offered for orders over €1000.
4. Order
Customers may place orders directly via the website. Any order placed implies total and unreserved acceptance of these GTS. The order process is as follows:

Final confirmation of the order after acceptance of the GTC The Customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
5. Product availability
LProducts are available as long as they are visible on the site, unless otherwise stated. In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by e-mail and may cancel or modify the order.
6. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or any other method indicated on the site. The payment is secured thanks to CyberPaiement of the Banque Populaire. In the event of non-payment, Volx Climbing reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary according to the availability of the products and the transporter. Volx Climbing cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his/her order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, without having to justify his/her decision or pay any penalties. Customers may exercise this right by contacting customer services at adv@volxholds.com and returning the product(s) concerned. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
9. Legal warranty and liability
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. In the event of a defect, the Customer may request that the product be repaired or replaced.
10. Protection of personal data
The information collected at the time of ordering is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the Customer has the right to access, modify and delete personal data concerning him or her. To exercise this right, the Customer may contact Volx Climbing at adv@volxholds.com.
11. Intellectual property rights
All elements of the www.volxholds.com site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark law or patents. They are the exclusive property of Volx Climbing.
12. Applicable law and disputes
The present GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer undertakes to contact Volx Climbing as a matter of priority in order to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
